Who is responsible
The website is published by Zabala Innovation, partner in charge of dissemination and communication for the RELiVE project. Within the Zabala group, the entities listed below act as joint controllers, and ZABALA INNOVATION CONSULTING, S.A. is the designated main contact point for any request relating to personal data.

Sending occasional updates on the project news, results and events. Your address is transmitted to the project dissemination team so that it can be added to the project mailing list.

Audience measurement
Data
Page visited, referrer, filtered query parameters, approximate geolocation, device type, operating system and browser, with the timestamp of the visit.
Purpose
Producing aggregated statistics on the use of the website, for the dissemination reporting of the project.
Legal basis
The legitimate interest of the publisher in measuring the reach of the project communication, with a solution designed to avoid identifying visitors.
Retention
Visitor identification relies on a hash computed from the incoming request, which is automatically discarded after 24 hours. Only aggregated statistics are kept beyond that point.
No cookies, no consent banner
This website sets no cookie, neither for its own operation nor for audience measurement, and uses no advertising or cross site tracking technology. The audience measurement tool identifies visits through a hash discarded after 24 hours, and does not allow a browsing session to be reconstructed across different websites.
This is why no consent banner is displayed: there is nothing to consent to.
Who receives the data
Your data is never sold, and is never used for purposes other than those described above. It is accessible to the members of the RELiVE consortium involved in dissemination and communication, and to the following service providers acting on the instructions of the publisher:
- Hosting and statistics
- Vercel Inc. (United States), hosting of the website and aggregated audience measurement
- Email delivery
- Resend, transmission of the messages sent through the forms, with the sending region set to Europe (Ireland)
- Technical maintenance
- IMPAKTE Digital (France), design and technical upkeep of the website
Transfers outside the European Union
Vercel Inc. is established in the United States. Any transfer of personal data outside the European Union is framed by the appropriate safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR, in particular the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise these rights, write to gdpr@zabala.es. You may be asked for proof of identity where there is reasonable doubt.
If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence. In France, this is the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertes (CNIL), cnil.fr.
Security
The website is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Data sent through the forms is transmitted to the project team by email and is not stored in any database on this website.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or to applicable law. The version published on this page is the one in force.
